The Krispy Kreme Challenge at North Carolina State University combines fitness and philanthropy. Participants run 5 miles, eating 12 doughnuts along the way, all in under an hour. Since 2004, it has raised over $2 million for the UNC Children’s Hospital. The 2025 event is scheduled for February 1.
